After getting into several Bass accidentally I decided to target Smallmouth using a Wiggle wart in fire tiger pattern, my best crankbait for Smallmouth in the rocks. Unfortunately the smallmouth weren't very active, possibly due to the storm that passed through just a day or two prior. www.youtube.com Either way, I decided to again target panfish and had a fairly successful day. By the time I got home it was dark and the Supermoon was showing through the sparse clouds, it was a great way to end the night. There's a reason they call it fishing and not catching. We don't always catch what we are fishing for.
